Why We Exist

 

AIEA exists to support, promote and provide recognition to existing and aspiring interim executives. As trusted business professionals, AIEA assists in accelerating the success of members and their clients.

 

What We Do

  • Promote the viability of an interim executive career by connecting experienced executives and businesses to create, find and share opportunities.
  • Provide networking and professional development events for members.
  • Promote the skills of members to prospective employers by regular newsletters, articles and media releases.
  • Represent the interests of the Association and members in dealings with employer groups, communities, government and business associations.

How We Do It

  • Provide local and virtual events  for interim executives and businesses to meet and connect.
  • Provide a range of member-only resources and peer support.
  • Provide networking and education events online and in person.
  • Feature individual members on the AIEA website.
  • Liaise with recruiters to facilitate interim executive placements.
  • Provide information and regular updates via social media, blogs and newsletters.
  • Facilitate on-line introductions for prospective employers with members.
  • Provide marketing tools, systems and analysis for members so they can succeed.
